Carpet makes a room soft, warm and quiet. It remains a favorite for bedrooms, family rooms and basements, especially through long Michigan winters. Designers Floors sells and professionally installs carpet in homes across Metro Detroit and surrounding communities.

Where it works well: bedrooms, living rooms, family rooms, finished basements and kids' rooms, anywhere you want comfort underfoot and less noise between floors. Carpet tile is another option for basements and play areas, because a single damaged tile can be replaced without redoing the whole room.

Choosing a carpet: the fiber, the style of the pile and the color all change how a carpet looks, feels and wears. The pad underneath matters too, for comfort and for how well the carpet holds up. At your free in-home estimate we bring samples, measure your rooms and help you choose a carpet that suits how each room is used.

How we install it: we prepare the floor before the carpet goes down, plan seams where they will be least noticeable, and finish the edges at doorways and transitions neatly. We respect your home while we work.

Every floor we install is covered by our Lifetime Installation Warranty. Ask us for the details at your free in-home estimate.
